I was emailed and called in to the NSIDC Message Center and was interviewed in the downstairs conference room. The supervisor, Mistia, is laidback and very kind. She made the interview very easy to go through. She asked about my experience in my major and my schedule. She emailed me the next to tell me I had gotten the position.
