I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CGI (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2020
Interview
Phone call with the recruiter, then she arranged a technical phone interview with senior developer then after positive feedback, she arranged a behavioral round with the director who eventually did not attend the interview....some other person have interviewed me...he responded positively thought I got the job...next day I receive rejection email.... everything was good but they expected more experienced candidate....when they knew I had less experience than expected why did they even start the process.....for a candidate each interview is filled with so many hopes and the company doesn't have intention hire you from the start but still.they waste your time....please do not do this to the candidate every candidate invest their time and emotions in process
No behavioural question, just one live technical assignment on call. Asked to code something. After I was done, we discussed the work and my code. No other question was asked.
The interview process was straightforward and went well overall. It consisted of about four interview rounds, with each stage focusing on different skills, experience, and overall fit for the role. I did have a recruiter.
I applied through university. I interviewed at CGI
Interview
I attended through campus recruitment. The process started with an aptitude round, followed by a group discussion. After that, there was a technical interview focused on system design concepts and project-related questions. The final round was HR, covering basic behavioral questions and overall fit.
