The job was posted on Craigslist. I applied by emailing my resume to the company. They contacted me via telephone 2 days later to schedule an interview. I was hired on the spot. The manager was very thorough and answered any questions that I had. There were a lot of distractions as the interview took place in the back of Costco.

CDS has a great interview process. Hiring takes seven to ten days. Very user friendly online system to apply and onboard. Management is great. Company is very structured and systematic.

It was relaxed, and the manager was very nice. We went over basic rules of the job and asked some retail questions. It was one interview and lasted about 10 minutes.
