Interview
Short (15 minute) phone screen, followed by non technical panel interview, followed by panel technical interview. Phone screen includes easy technical question, ex: what is html? or something along those lines

Question 1
Behavioral questions: standard/what you would expect.
Technical questions: reverse a string on a whiteboard in Java, 3-5+ SQL queries on a whiteboard based on an example database they provide on printed paper. SQL problems of moderate difficulty, multi table joins, etc.
