I applied on EdJoin, got an email saying the elementary school wanted to interview me, then I went in to the elementary school and was interviewed by the principal, curriculum specialist and 4 teachers. The position didn't require a teaching credential, but I have one, as well as teaching experience and administration experience. I am way over qualified for the position, but they didn't offer me the position because they already had someone that they knew they were going to hire (a friend of one of the teachers). So my interview process was fake. And a waste of my time.
