I applied for Bristol and got a call the next day to set up an interview. The office was nice and so was the staff. After a walkthrough of the office, I was able to sit down with the business office managers and was asked standard interview questions. They helped me feel comfortable.
Took a while as the Administrator was off island. Overall, it was a pleasant interview. Time spent was about an hour. Typical interview questions. Was not uncomfortable at all. Very attractive office.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol Hospice in Jan 2025
Interview
Overall a bad experience. After submitting my application, I had a screening call scheduled. HR was 15 minutes late to this call, but the call was pretty standard. I had my interview scheduled for the next week. Two hours before my scheduled in-person interview, I received an automated email stating my interview had be cancelled and the position filled. I reached back out to HR asking for clarification, and they sent the same automated message. It is highly unprofessional to cancel 2 hours prior, as I had moved my work schedule around. And I would've appreciated knowing during the screening call that the position might close before I had the chance to interview.
