Bristan Group interview questions

Met with 2 in HR, then the HR Director. All good. Had verbal and numerical reasoning assessments, plus a personality profile. All held at the head office in Tamworth. Mix of CV and competency questions. This was years ago and I'm only answering this as I need to activate my account! But it was a fine interview

The process itself is handled by Robert Walters, an external third party recruiter. They are quick to contact you if you meet the requirements, However they are soon to ghost you if you ask too many questions. My suggestion due to the poor handling of the application, I would suggest using a different recruiter for future interviews. Alternatively, handling all applications in-house.
