Interview
Probably the strangest interview I've ever experienced. The interviewer asked me one question and then cut me off mid answer saying that they liked my experienced and didn't feel the need to ask the rest of their questions. Then they proceeded to leave me alone in the conference room for 20 minutes while they went to the kitchen to celebrate their birthday with their coworkers. When they finally came back they were laughing and asked if I could come back in a few days to meet the CEO. Overall just a super weird experience and I left feeling strange.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three parts, one phone, one in-person with a small group of team leaders and the CEO, and one follow up interview with the CEO. This happened over the span of a few weeks and an initial offer followed the final interview within a week.

Interview
The team was growing quickly so the interview was short and to the point. I came in off a recommendation and started working the same day of the interview.
