Boston Ballet interview questions

Submitted an audition video. Following this, I was asked to take class with the company. The artistic director likes men who can do a lot of tricks (5+ pirouettes and big jumps), and women who have performed well in competition (YAGP, Lausanne...).

Two Zoom interviews held by the managers. Asked basic questions about background, resume, and some situational questions. After these, they provided information about what the day to day of the job looks like.
