Very organized with multiple rounds. Multiple calls and an assessment day in the office including an in-person interview and different (playful) assessments, including games, a presentation and converstations with different managers.
Very well iv, they asked me a lot in one hour session. The recruiter looks experienced. In only one hour, they asked me about my soft skills only. Maybe becuase its first screening.
