I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BonaDent
Interview
Wow! They really rolled out the red carpet. Started with a phone interview with some very professional staff. They covered my flight, my hotel to the head quarters. I was then assigned a "concierge" type that took care of the travel arrangements. I was picked up at airport by an employee who was just a great first impression. it is intimidating because the lab is just gorgeous and professional, but EVERYONE works to set you at ease in each interaction.

They ask basic questions about why you are looking, what your good or bad at, how much you need to make to change jobs, relocate, they really try to make you feel like a person and not a number.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BonaDent (Port St Lucie, FL)
Interview
Short and sweet. Was called in, met with the gentlemen that did the hiring for the position I was interested in and he said he would get back to me. A couple of days later I was asked to come back in for a second interview and met with some of the other managers and had a brief discussion with the team. The following day I was asked when I could start.
