Blue Trust interview questions

Interview process consisted of an initial HR screening call and then two in-person interviews at the Greenville office. Most questions were focused on behavioral fit and how your personal values aligned with the company's; pretty standard stuff. I interviewed in the early fall and received an offer in early December.

I did several virtual interviews and an in person day where I met with a group of people, I also completed a work personality exam and had some questions to fill out prior.
