The first interview was with the Internal Recruiter via a phone call acting as a screening call.
Next followed an annual strategy task which was to be presented to the CMO.
I was told shortly after investing the time and effort to put together their marketing strategy for the upcoming year that the role was no longer being funded! Very sneaky.
