The interview was through a video call. Then there were two back-to-back one hour interviews, with two employees per call. The interviews followed the same format, asking for an introduction, then questions about past projects, as well as describing projects and the company, followed by a coding challenge with a few parts/levels. Then the interview concluded with me asking them questions.
