The Property Manager will interview you, sometimes they are on time, sometimes they are late. That should tell you all you need to know, that even though they know you are coming, they are late to the interview. Also, google the property before interviewing, most properties are run down with no repairs being done forever. So when your salary is based on commissions from leases, and no one wants to lease from a run down, tattered property which is in desperate need for repair, think about that.
