When you feel ready, you move on to the real interview. The questions are pre-recorded. You have at least 3 times to practice your answer before you send your definite response. Be careful where you click and do not do like i did: i sent one of the questions without the answer because i clicked too quickly. Questions are: tell about your best work achievement in your career, describe a work experience when you honored someone and demonstrated respect with your actions, describe a time when you had to balance multiple priorities and how you accomplished your assigned tasks.
