I received multiple interviews by different people, first corporate then supervisors. It was a vey welcoming and comfortable process, not intimidating in the least. There was information provided about the history of the estate, and supervisors made informative statements regarding current values and the working culture of the estate. They made me feel at ease and right at home with little or no pressure. I could ask any question I had about the job and winery, but did not think to ask enough questions about management potential.
