They are very friendly and make you feel really welcomed. it felt more like a friendly converstaion than an interview. we spoke about the aspect of the job and what my role would be as a Bridal consultant.

Interview
Great interview process. Relevant questions and very open about answering questions you have. Understanding about my current employment situation and they were willing to schedule the first interview in the evening and the second on the weekend. Second interview consisted of shadowing an appointment. Very informative and made me comfortable while teaching me the is and outs of an appointment.

Interview
Interview was pretty brief. A few standard questions were asked about my past retail experience and I was shown around the shop. Asked to come in for a "Trial Day" before officially being offered the job. The trial day included me shadowing some of the current consultants while they assisted brides and was really informative. I didn't hear back after for about two weeks which left me feeling really nervous - but I sent a thank you note for considering me for the job and having me for the trial, and then I heard back pretty shortly after!
