Even though I did not get the offer at the end, I had only a positive impression during the conversation, and the atmosphere was very friendly, and the UX Manager is a really intelligent man, who knows what he is doing. I wish all the best to BigRep.
In the beginning, you should prepare your CV and portfolio. And just waited for several days would get an email to finish an online design challenge about their company product's interface design. Not very difficult for UIUX designers. And you would get the second round interview in a short time
