Received a call from the secretary informing of an interview. Walked in and waited 10 minutes while they finished up with the previous candidate. Interview was in a conference room, four people employed with the company sat in on the interviews. It was a round table type of interview. I felt very comfortable during this interview. All persons involved were friendly and helpful.

Takes quite some time for the process, at least two interviews, and know as much as possible about welfare benefits. Must be presentable, conservative, and well dressed. Expect any type of question, it's usually a behavioral interview.
