Bibb County School District interview questions

A panel of 4 people interview you. There is a list of about 15 questions to go through which you can read on the paper but they will also ask them to you. They go through each taking turns asking the questions. The panel was very warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable answering questions and asking them at the end.

Phone call interview. Asked typical interview questions related to teaching style, classroom management, strengths/weaknesses. Had a second phone interview as well. Interview was with school’s principal and assistant principal, kind of casual.
