I had a disappointing recruitment experience with Bharuwa Solutions. After my initial interview, I was asked to attend a face-to-face technical interview at their office. A few days later, I was informed that I had cleared the round. After about a week, I was called again for a second technical interview, which was also conducted face-to-face. A few days later, I was informed that I had been selected and was asked to share the required documents. After another week, an HR round was scheduled. During this period, I had to make multiple attempts to connect with the HR team for updates. Finally, after a lengthy process spanning several weeks, I was informed that I was not selected. While I respect a company's right to choose the most suitable candidate, I believe candidates' time and effort should also be respected. Conducting multiple rounds, requesting documents, and indicating selection before ultimately rejecting a candidate creates unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. I hope the recruitment process can be made more transparent and efficient for future candidates.
