For iOS Engineer. Overall 3 Rounds of interview. All interviews did in one day because of Hiring Drive. After 1 week got call to submit documents and in next 3-4 got offer. Round 1 - DSA

College recruitment. It was a two day process It consists of Group Discussion and two personal interview One in college and one in office Questions were on overall knowledge job description etc etc

The interview process included coding problems , design patterns . Java collections , mutlithreading etc. Questions on frameworks . Asked to share screen and solve coding problems . Java 8 , collections , database queries etc.

I received a call from recruiter about Engineering Manager role at Airtel Payments, I told my background is more on investment banking side. They agreed to move forward for technical interview. I had 2 long technical interview and feedback was positive. They decided to proceed to final hiring manager round. I had a very long discussion mostly focused on Agile process and team management side. After this round I waited for 2-3 day to get the feedback but they didn't come back themselves. Then I called for the feedback and got to know from recruiter that they are not moving forward because them found some from Paytm having more relevant experience. What is it? Joke? They were aware and happy with my background and all of sudden they rejected on that same. Totally unprofessional hiring team. I'd suggest to think twice before appearing for interview in Airtel and 10 times before joining. They have startup culture and very bad HR process in company.

The online test was conducted on amcat platform First round was online test with mcqs on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and mcqs related cn, os and dbms and two coding questions total time was 2 hours

Simple and straightforward. 2 rounds of interview. One round of technical and one round of HR interview along with GD. The technical interview is the decider with senior executives in the firm

It consist of two technical and One Management Rounds followed by HR discussion and about my day to day work and what else I would like to contribute if get the opportunity

It was a smooth process first round was on hackerearth and the interviews were also on hackerearth and there were 2 DSA rounds and 1 system design round and after that hr round which is basically a formality.
