4 stage interview. 1st was a Video Interview, a brief screening but to understand if the person could be someone suitable to the role and to understand their background. 2nd was a Test (system test as well as a role play test) to understand if the candidate can perform in the role. 3rd was a face to face to further understand if they are the right person for the job and organisation
