Beximco interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn. Got called after two weeks. The first round of interviews was conducted with HR and Other members. Then 2 weeks later, they started 2nd round of interviews with the CEO, board members, and senior management. The interview process was not that good because they asked inappropriate questions and their too much judgemental attitudes. Instead of asking about my skills and expertise, they were more interested in my family background. and my parents' yearly income. That was kind of irrelevant and uncomfortable. After that, they asked me if I had any plans for higher study in abroad. And lastly, they will ask you to sign a bond of 3 years (contract) which seemed a big red flag to me. So, I refused to do.

1. Recruitment, Selection and interview 2. Conducting training 3. Handling HR operation issues 4. Prepared JD, training module, training descender 5. Responsible for exit procedure including final settlement, exit interview providing all exit documents and so on
