Was called into location in person and was brought into the office of a senior dev. The interview process consisted of some background questions and looking through some java functions and describing what they did

Interview
Initial phone interview (~30 minutes) then an on-site interview (~1 hour). It has been 2 weeks since my onsite interview and I have yet to hear back. I have followed up multiple times and have been completely ignored.
