One Stage interview process that lasted around 45 minute meeting in one of there branches, Went over the role and my previous experience in the industry from previous roles, Knowledge of products and Management experience

Went in for a 20 minute interview with 2 managers. One asked the questions, whilst the other one just sat there. Rejected 48 hours later with no reason given. Frustrating, as I thought the interview went well.
