Berkley Environmental interview questions

I was scheduled for a phone interview with their recruiter for 05/20/24 at 2:30 p.m. est. I waited 30 minutes before sending an email to let them know I’m still interested in the position and I’d like to reschedule if possible. I didn’t receive a response to that email for four days and when I do, there’s just a “sorry for the inconvenience, let’s reschedule”. I opted out of the reschedule. The recruiter is supposed to be the first face of the company to any potential candidate. The blatant lack of communication and accountability tells me a lot, and quite frankly I think I dodged a bullet.
