I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Benetrends (Lansdale, PA) in Nov 2024
Interview
I had a prescreening with HR. I ended up having a total of 3 interviews afterward. From start (hearing from HR on interview request) to finish (time of offer), it was approximately two months. It was fairly laid back for me, as I have a lot of industry knowledge. If you also have the knowledge, this will be easy for you to talk to. I met with HR, two team leaders (separately) along with a peer in each of those, then finally the operations director. It was a great experience and I don't typically say that about interviews at 4 rounds.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked why they should hire me and to tell them about myself. They also asked what I knew about the company. Easy.
The interview process was typical for this position. An initial phone screen, followed by meetings with CEO, and very key senior staff members and one person on the current HR team. The process took about 2 weeks
The process started with a phone interview, then proceeded to in-person interviews with the CEO and members of the senior leadership team. The process was quick and transparent. It was clear that everyone was on the same page about this role and how it could best serve the organization.
