They do not look at your resume, if you apply you get an interview. I should had never gone to interview waste of time. Would do them good to look at the resumes before they start hiring people.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bench Craft Company (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
After submitting my application I was contacted by a regional hiring manager within a day or 2. He gave a quick but thorough explanation of the sales position with points about day to day and the benefits package. We then set an appointment for me to come in to the Raleigh location to meet the office manager and also shadow a sales representative for about 20 minutes. Afterwards, I contacted the hiring manager stating I was still interested and he immediately gave me a job offer. The pay is decent for entry level sales, especially without having any experience. Be prepared to grind. Have fun!
