When I interviewed as an associate, and also currently, there were 4-5 interviews with 2 or more attorneys each, in offices and then lunch. They asked questions about me, my resume, my background, etc.

The 1st interview was between HR and myself. The 2nd interview included a couple attorneys and HR. Questions were asked about previous job experiences and familiarity of computer software.

Interview
The hiring process involved with meeting different partners within the firm. There is a board within, that handle the hiring process. Overall, a very good experience, though working there was a different story. A few of the partners are too much to handle, and view themselves too highly.
