I had an initial screening call with the Head of HR, who provided a comprehensive overview of the role, the team, the company, and its culture. Following the call, I received additional information, including the full job description and supporting materials that helped me better understand the opportunity.
The interview process consisted of two stages with different members of the business. Each stage was clearly communicated well in advance, with all the details I needed, including information about the interviewers and the company itself. This level of preparation made me feel valued as a candidate and allowed me to approach each interview with confidence.
What stood out most was the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I met. Each person took the time to explain the role, their expectations, and what it would be like to work at Begame.
