Bayport Polymers interview questions

Initial phone screening after the recruiter contacts you then a final group team interview. The process took around 3-4 weeks between phone screening and the final interview. Final decision comes another 3-4 weeks after Final interview.

The process had a typical interview structure, beginning with behavioral questions, followed by technical. The team was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed my interview. I would say prepare for many behavioral questions.
