Very friendly and encouraging which made the interview flow. It consisted of two parts one which was a presentation of ideas based on a prompt only received on the day and the second was answering competency questions which has been sent prior to the interview. Very access friendly. They didn't try to trip you up and listened intently which made the whole process very enjoyable.
