I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Sarnia, ON) in Oct 2020
Interview
I had a very positive experience. My interview consisted of a small group ; the questions were very straight forward and we took turns answering each question. There were about 5-6 questions total. The hiring manager was very nice and made everyone feel welcome, and she stressed the importance of a kind and friendly environment. The process took about 15 minutes max, and I was notified within a few hours that I had been accepted (via email).

Interview
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).
