Interview
Found position through AeroTek, got phone interview, waited about a week, invited to interview, drove 2 hrs to Panama City, FL, nice interview with current engineer and staff. Had a fair amount in common. Seemed like a pretty good fit, was notified next step would be to visit home office in Pensacola, FL for an interview. Waited about a week, notified by AeroTek that Baskerville-Donovan had some resignations, so their priorities changed, now they do not need anyone in the position. Got feedback comment from my interview that they would have liked more design experience.
