Interview
Went through three rounds — initial phone screen, Hiring Manager interview, and final panel onsite. I invested significant time and energy preparing, only to receive no update until I followed up myself. Disappointing to see such a lack of basic courtesy and candidate experience, especially after bringing someone onsite. A simple follow-up goes a long way. Do better.

Interview
A very extensive interview process for a lower level position that was to be diluted by more hirings. It took 4 weeks from my 1st interview to get my start date, only to see my position listed again on Glassdoor a few days before I started. And all for a below average salary I was willing to settle for.
The people were nice enough, but their onboarding processes are terrible. First impressions are everything, and I am glad I never started working here.

Interview
Met with 4 people over all, each asking a lot of different questions, some of them pretty random. it was the longest interview I ever sat (3.5 hours). Then they walked me around showing me the facility. It was a great facility. Lots of room and looked like a good amount of people working there.
