Phone screening with HR, loved their HR gal! Was emailed a couple of weeks later that I would have an interview with 3 people. My research indicated that these were Directors and up. In person interview was about 30-45 minutes with each person. Had I been working in a NOC environment more recently, I would have done much better on my interview. Their questions were spot on. Not difficult and they were very easy to talk to. I would have loved this position. Not quite the right time.
