It was good interaction , good process followed, overall nice experience, confidently answered the answers
I was asked regarding Automation and Manual both, I answered most of them and SQL queries were also asked. I did good in that too

Interview
I applied to the job because I worked in an industry for which Bamboo Rose provides software. I had a working relationship with at least one company using the software. The interview was in 2022, but I came back to write this review because to this day it's still one of the most baffling job interations I've ever had. I had at least three interviews with two directors and a VP and they agreed that I'd be a fit for this role, even though I'd applied for a different one. The last VP said they would be making an offer. My notes say that the recruiter told me that VP needed to "level set" on the hiring. I have no memory of what that was supposed to mean, but assume it made sense to me at the time. In retrospect that may have been a really strange way of telling me that they were cancelling the role? I experienced a lot of ambiguous silence/nonanswers. In that time I got another offer. I was communicative with them, but they essentially ghosted me and stopped responding. This communication style seems like a bad omen and I'm grateful I did not end up working there. It's very easy to say, "we don't know our hiring timeline," or "actually, we're moving forward with another candidate," or "the position has been cancelled." Since then I've done a fair bit of interviewing with other companies and this has never happened again. I would recommend that other candidates pay close attention to this. If you experience the same communication style it may be indicative of a poor culture. It's easy to over look yellow or even red flags when you really want the job.
