Balfour Beatty VINCI interview questions

There were two rounds of interviews in total, the first round was a typical competency type interview were I was able to share some competency answers as well as telling them a little bit about me. It lasted an hour and the interview panel were very friendly and accommodating. The second round was an informal chat with the hiring manager and the HR director.
