The interview process was fairly straightforward, very heavy focus on fit within the culture and why you want to work in the Midwest. Technicals were nothing too challenging, but definitley prominent in the questions asked
Submitted application with ~1 yr experience, a few days later received email to schedule interview, first round with VP all behavioral. Waiting for second round, just got scheduled with an associate.

Had an hour-long phone call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with a panel of 3 bankers then an in-person interview with the same 3 people. Was fairly relaxed, seemed like they were desperate to hire someone.
