Interview
It was a 3-part process. The first one was an online automated interview where you had a short amount of time to read the question, then your reply is recorded. You can't stop or pause anything. A bit nerve-wracking, but if you've prepared for it, you should be fine.
Once you get through that one, someone from HR will give a short telephone interview, and if you get through that one, you will be invited to an in-person interview. In my case, however, my interviewer was sick and contagious, so they requested a 2nd telephone interview instead.

It was smooth, the experience was warm, friendly, and conversational in nature. I had a one sided interview initially, based on that I was shortlisted for a branch role. They didn't grill me, it was mainly a sales job so having sales / front facing experience would help a lot.
