I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BMF in Oct 2024

Recruiter screen and hiring manager 1:1, wasn't taken to final stage. The recruiter communication and style was great, the 1:1 not so much. The role was misrepresented and was an account management position posited as project management. Interview was very one-sided and was very "gotcha" with the question styling. Getting details about what the role actually entailed was like pulling teeth. The company wasn't even listed on her Linked In. Given the company's reputation it was a hard pass for me.
