Interview
I applied for a position in the Singapore Branch. After an online test, I was invited for a phone interview. There are 3 behavioral questions. You just have to prepare examples of your leadership experiences.

Tell me one incident where you have to make a compromise in your team?
Interview was okay. Interviews were Self recorded and easy to understand. The final output showed strengths and weaknesses. However would have preferred where you get to peak to life interviewers rather precorded sessions. I also doubt if they watch all recorded videos by participants.
