Interview
Had a preliminary phone call interview with a few questions. A few days later this was followed by an assessment day. This included interview, analytical test, group activity; The day took about 4 hours. Overall the assessment wasn't very difficult, I was asked standard questions during the interview. I received an offer about a week later.

Interview
I had 2 interviews. Initial interview with the hr and final interview with the supervisor. Hr interviewer was positive and cheerful more on typical hr questions and work experiences especially the recent employer. Final interview was more on technical aspects.

Went through a recruitment agency. invited for first interview which went well and then was called in for a second interview. Hiring manager was friendly and straight. HR representative was friendly. Would recommend to bring in any previous design projects in the interview and this will help and knowing Teamcenter might help.
