Interview
Once your interview is booked you are given a timed take home assignment via email. Then after all interviews are done the assignments are marked anonymously. The assignment was generic questions not too difficult and the interview was primarily personality and going over relevant experience with a focus on customer service.

Very professional and effective communication to set up the interview. Mostly behavioural interview questions with a few technical questions thrown in. There were two interviewers. Emphasis on knowing what the organization does and its mission.

Interview
Very poor. Interviewed by 2 very unprofessional people, one was current manager and other was a junior elevated to post of Technical Team lead. In the middle of the interview they seemed to be laughing and making jokes of person getting interviewed which was very unethical.
