BBVA Retail Relationship Manager II interview questions

Interview was not professional at all. Manager was dressing himself in the interview. Very biased against the company I was employed with at the moment. Detailed on his poor and short experience with the company, which made him question my work ethic. Was not an interview on my performance, but a bashing on how he felt my current employer does not equip me with the skills for a different employer. After so much of it, I firmly stopped him and mentioned that the interview was not beneficial to either of us and maybe his bad experience was based on his poor ethic which was clearly on display during the interview. Keep in mind that I was referred by a former colleague who was easy on the eyes, which struggled with performing at my current employer. The company sounds amazing, but if this is someone they position in seniority, it makes it questionable.
