Unorganized interviewed. First had a phone interview, then didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. I then contacted hr & she got back to me a couple days later and offered me a face to face interview with department manager. Interview with manager was about 30 min long. He didn't even know what position I was interviewing for. Went over the company background & 3 open positions & asked what I thought would be the best fit. Barely asked me any questions. Was kind of awkward. Contacted hr a couple weeks later after I didn't hear anything & heard nothing back from them.
