Initially scheduled for an interview with HR Soniya, the process seemed promising. I was asked for my current and expected CTC, after which my interview was scheduled with a senior doctor. However, after being selected, the offer was unexpectedly pulled back, citing budget constraints. They wasted my time and the communication was also very rude, informal - on WhatsApp. This inconsistency in communication and the abrupt change in the decision were highly disappointing from a so-called famous hospital chain. Clear expectations were set initially, only to be disregarded later. I believe transparency and professionalism are crucial in any hiring process, and unfortunately, that was lacking in this case. I hope that AyurVAID hospital takes feedback seriously and addresses these issues for a more reliable and respectful hiring process in the future.
