Unprofessional -- I had a phone interview, followed by on-site for the entire day, met 4 teams of 2 developers, followed by interview to meet the founders. After that, I never heard from them again. No response as to whether I was rejected or passed. The least they could've done was let me know their decision.

- Initial screening with the recruiter - 3 rounds of technical interview Overall, I did horrible on the first interview round, so they ended up cancelling the remaining. I was hoping I can somehow pull a come back on the remaining 2 rounds.
